Do you treat non-athletes?

Jai offers medical treatment to all patients - regardless of your current level of physical activity.

Do I need a referral?

Referrals are helpful, but not necessary. Referrals assist by clarifying any previous treatments you have tried and relevant past medical history.
You will be eligible for a medicare rebate either way.

How much does it cost?

The cost is variable, depending on the length of the appointment. In most cases, there will be an out of pocket cost. If you would like to know the details of your charges, please discuss it with the reception team.

What should I bring?

Bring any correspondence from other treating practitioners, blood test results and radiology (imaging) results.

Will you communicate the results to my GP/ treating practitioners?

With your consent, we will communicate with all practitioners involved in your care to ensure that any management plans are implemented consistently and we all work together as a team.

Do you see TAC/ Workcover patients?

Yes, I am happy to consult and work with TAC/ workcover to help you recover from your injury. Please inform the reception staff when you are booking to discuss the most efficient way to settle your accounts.
